Annie Marshall was born and raised in Chicago and Evanston and attended Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law. After law school she worked on transactions at two of the most established law firms in the city — Kirkland & Ellis and Vedder Price.

The law firm started in a simple manner, with business owners and friends who reached out for legal support during trying times for their businesses. ATJM Law (Annie’s initials) continues to be a place where businesses and business professionals come for advice on transactions, dealings with employees and contracts. We work with the understanding that we are friendly people giving serious advice, but we don’t take ourselves seriously.
